The project partnership was approved for two years. Globalization and the fast political and social changes in the world motivated us to change our habits and way of life. If we want to have a real European Union we need to cooperate with and learn from our European partners. If we learn we can be ready to prepare our students for a life as "European students" nand "European citizens". Immigration also stimulated us to work on a real integration. Teachers with an awareness for the European Union and students of today can build the foundation for the real integration in the multicultural Europe of tomorrow. One perspective was to give more opportunities to schools to develop its own "Europen profile".

New technologies and multi-media instruments were basically used to communicate to reach the aims of the project easily.

All participants were in contact with different ways of life in different European contexts. The final aim was tolerance to reach the belongings in a real common Europe.

We compared educational environments, habits, traditions, everyday life, cultural differences and similarities in five countries belonging to different geographic and cultural areas: Germany, Slovakia, Greece, Cyprus and Hungary.

The project supported school development of all partners. The educational environment was improved while schools tried to improved the quality of teaching and learning.

Students were changing information about their countries, towns, schools and classrooms during the project time. They got to know a lot about historical and cultural traditions, political systems and the educational system of each partner school. The contact and changing information helped our students to understand and compare social and cultural differences and similarities, habits and lifestyle in five countries belonging to the different geographic and cultural areas.

The best thing for our students has been to compare their living conditions, the opportunity to improve and change their environment. The students think about the ways how to improve their school environment via the participation in the project and via the ideas how to design and preserve the classroom equipment.

The students evidently developed their communication abilities in foreign language and presentation skills, took advantage of the opportunity to use their computer knowledge and competences. Definitely, they gained valuable experience of travelling and they improved their personal qualities.

All partner schools used the common Internet platform of the virtual classroom and the program lo-net2. New technologies and multi-media instruments were basically used to communicate to reach the aims of the project easily. The project supported the English language process and developed student communication skills.

Moreover teachers had the opportunity to learn about the school work of the foreign colleagues, about the educational system and financial background.
